Who's The Man Behind The Sauce?

Although Stefano's heritage is deeply rooted through the Cicciano region of Italy, his family came over by plane in 1968, leaving their small town of Roccarainola, for the big city of Montreal and then settling in Clarington ON, where they quickly became enriched in the food industry finding a deep passion for serving courses heavily inspired by their hometown.
As the youngest of 3 and the only boy, Stefano grew up in the kitchen shadowing his parents, and inevitably inherited their passion for real, good food. From a young age, the kitchen has been his happy place.
As an adult, he began his own endeavour in food industry through opening a very successful pizzeria & running a wide selection of restaurants. Through the years, Stefano has had his own set of shadows in the kitchen to share passion with. From his son and daughter, to now his grandchildren who lovingly refer to him as Nonno. It's that same passion for food that came over from Italy in 1968 that's at the heart of Nonno's Kitchen, and we are so excited to share it all with you!
